Refund policy

Money and goods return policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

You can cancel your order within 30 days of receipt of the goods ordered.

If you wish to successfully cancel your order, you must inform us and provide us with all necessary information.

We will refund your money within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. Your money will be refunded in the same way as the payment for the order, without any additional refund fee.

Returns Policy:
To return purchased goods, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased within the last 30 days
The goods are in their original packaging
Goods that cannot be returned:

Goods made to order.
Goods that cannot be returned due to their nature, such as goods that have expired.
Goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons after unpacking.
Goods which are used with other goods after delivery (mixtures of goods).
We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods, even if they meet the above requirements.

Return of goods
You assume the risk and cost of returning the goods. Please send returned goods to the following address:

We are not responsible for any damage to the goods during the return process. We therefore recommend that you choose a secure shipping provider. We will not be able to give you a refund if you do not provide a receipt for the purchase of the goods or a delivery note.

Gifts:
If you wish to return a gift, we will refund the value of the gift with gift credits. We will send you a gift credit certificate as soon as we have received your returned gift.
