Delivery of goods

When ordering goods, the Buyer must specify the exact delivery address. The Buyer must take delivery of the goods himself. If the Buyer is unable to take delivery of the goods himself, but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer shall not be entitled to make any claim for the goods having been delivered to the wrong person. The Seller shall deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms set out in the descriptions of the goods. The characteristics of all goods sold shall be set out in the description attached to each good. The Seller shall not be liable for the fact that the colour, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online shop may not correspond to the actual size, shape and colour of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.

Delivery methods and delivery times

Orders are shipped via LP Express (Lithuanian Post) and DPD courier services. Delivery within Lithuania takes 1–3 business days. Delivery to other European countries typically takes 2–5 business days.
